You Send Us the Recording

We Get It Transcribed
We use AI to create a first draft, then listen through the whole recording ourselves to catch anything it missed and make sure it's accurate.
Transcript Lands in Your Inbox
Within 5 working days, you'll have your transcript. If you've sent a few recordings at once, let us know which ones are most urgent.
We Invoice at the End of the Month
You get a single invoice covering all the work we've done, with a breakdown showing how long each meeting took to transcribe.
If you have multiple transcripts to send at once, we'll work with you to agree a turnaround time based on priority.
You'll Know What It Costs Upfront
We charge £40 per hour of transcription work, and it takes roughly three times the meeting length to transcribe it properly.
So if you send us a one-hour meeting, it'll cost £120. A 30-minute meeting works out at £60. We don't charge VAT.

We capture exactly what was said. We'll tidy up the "ums" and obvious repetition, but we don't correct grammar because the transcript needs to reflect how people actually spoke.

Completely Confidential
Everything we do is covered by NDA. We delete all recordings and transcripts from our systems within 30 days, unless you specifically ask us to keep them longer.
